ATW Nutrition Coaching offers various packages tailor-made to help you achieve your goals.

Whether you want to learn how to achieve your best body, improve your lifestyle, or identify potential nutritional issues, we have a solution for you.

Below are the four main package options – remember that whatever package you select will be tailored to suit your personal goals and nutritional needs.

1. ’12 Weeks to Your Best Body’ Program

The ’12 Weeks to Your Best Body’ program is an intensive nutrition coaching experience designed to help you develop a new relationship with food, and to kick-start your journey to your best body and a balanced lifestyle.

Over the course of the 12 weeks, Coach Andrew Warneke will help you find a pattern of eating that fits into YOUR life. Your progress will be constantly measured, and adjustments made accordingly.

You will learn how to shop for healthy food, and cook nutritious meals. You will learn what a balanced meal looks like, what supplements to take (if any), and how your nutrition and exercise can work together to move you towards your best body.

You will receive seven personal consultations (incl. the initial assessment) as well as 24-hour email contact if you have any questions or need some encouragement.

The program includes:

  • Initial assessment – You will be given a number of questionnaires to fill in so that the coach can evaluate your current level of nutritional knowledge, your medical history and contributing lifestyle factors. The coach will perform a dietary analysis based on your current nutrition habits, and will perform a skinfold assessment/navy test (if you are comfortable with this). An exercise routine will be discussed, and you will be given a list of motivational tasks to complete before the next assessment.
  • Initial diet plan – Based on the information provided in your questionnaires, the coach will develop a customised nutrition and diet plan. Various food elimination ideas will be introduced if the coach identifies any potential allergies. You will be given a number of tips and tricks to help maintain your discipline, as well as a list of shopping ideas and recipes.
  • Bi-weekly re-assessment – Your progress will be assessed by the coach every two weeks to ensure that you are on track to achieving your goals. Assessments will include measurements as well as discussions about any obstacles you may be facing. Your energy levels and new eating habits will be assessed to ensure the nutrition plan is working well with your lifestyle.
  • Email contact – Any time you have a problem, question, or just need some motivation, your coach will be available via email for further consultations.

Price: R1800.00

 


2. Four-Week Lifestyle Improvement Package:

The ‘Lifestyle Improvement Package’ is a four week, intensive problem-solving and/or performance-enhancing coaching series.

This is a suited to those who wish to understand why their current nutritional intake is failing them.

If you suffer from tiredness, sleeplessness, digestive issues or skin reactions that you can’t identify a cause for, this plan would suit your needs.

You will receive one coaching session per week for 4 weeks

During these sessions, the coach will help you to identify and remedy your specific nutrition issues and improve your overall quality of life. The course of action in these sessions is client-specific and tailor-made to help the individual. You will also have access to the coach via email for assistance and motivation.

Price: R1000

 


3. Athlete’s Optimum Performance Plan

This is similar to the four-week Lifestyle Improvement Package, but focuses on nutrition protocols for people who are pursuing athletic endeavours and require optimised nutrition to meet specific training and performance goals.

You will receive one coaching session per week for 4 weeks

During these sessions, the coach will help you to identify and remedy your specific nutrition issues and improve your nutrition regimen to suit your athletic goals and training requirements. The course of action in these sessions is client-specific and tailor-made to help the individual. You will also have access to the coach via email for assistance and motivation.

Price: R1000

 


4. Two-Session Troubleshooting Plan:

Do you know what you should be eating, but can’t seem to make any progress? Do you feel tired and slightly ill all the time? Do certain foods ‘not agree’ with you?

You would benefit from a two-session troubleshooting plan. The goal of this plan is to eliminate any problem areas from an overall nutritious diet.

The coach will help identify foods or lifestyle elements which are causing problems with your health. They will analyse your current diet and lifestyle factors and make suggestions for improvement.

You will receive two 45 minute consultations spaced 14 days apart, plus email access for feedback and assistance.

Price: R600

 


5. Body & Lifestyle Maintenance Package:

The ‘Body & Lifestyle Maintenance Package’ is a nutrition and lifestyle strategy for long-term health and vitality maintenance to set you free of fad diets and pseudo science once-and-for-all.

Your best life is not one lived in constant fear of food

This coaching package will keep you on course for a healthy and energetic future without the constant search for the next miracle diet.

This package is recommended for anyone who has done any of the other packages offered by ATW Nutrition and wishes to maintain the progress they have made for the long-term. You will receive an initial assessment and lifestyle plan, and one coaching session per month thereafter. You will also have access to the coach via email for assistance and motivation for a period of twelve months.

Price: R275 per month / R3 000 per year
